The Auditorium and Orchestra Consortium (hereinafter the Consortium) has undertaken to make its websites accessible, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October and Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September.

This accessibility statement applies to www.auditoridigital.cat.

This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, due to the exceptions and non-compliance of the aspects indicated below.

Requests for accessible information and complaints can be submitted by writing to the Consortium of the Auditorium and Orchestra, at the address Carrer Lepant, 150 in Barcelona (CP 08013) or through the form in https://www.auditori.cat/contacte indicating “Web accessibility”.

In the event of disagreement with the response to the request for accessible information or the submission of a complaint, the interested party may initiate a complaint by writing to the Consortium of the Auditorium and Orchestra, at Carrer Lepanto, 150 of Barcelona (CP 08013) or by means of the form that appears in https://www.auditori.cat/contacte indicating “Web accessibility”. This claim procedure (provided for in Article 13 of RD 1112/2018) will enter into force on 20 September 2020.

The communications formulated for the reasons indicated in this section will be taken care of by the Department of Communication and Marketing like responsible in the matter of web accessibility of the organism.

The Consortium works to meet the highest possible degree of accessibility requirements to facilitate universal access to content to all those who consult it, regardless of their abilities, physical, sensory or intellectual, and the systems or resources used (browser, device, connection speed, etc.).

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 mobile websites and applications in the public sector must be accessible, accessibility that must be achieved in accordance with the standard UNE - EN 301 549: 2019, of accessibility requirements. This standard is primarily based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in August 2018.

It is the will of the Consortium to fully comply with the web accessibility guidelines. European regulations require public sector bodies to comply with level AA.

The website is optimized for a resolution of 1,024 x 768. If you have a monitor with a higher resolution, the font size will look too small in some cases. Fonts have been defined so that they can be enlarged or reduced in size from the browser options.

This website has been tested and optimized for HTML5-enabled browsers and manufacturer-supported versions. The use of different browsers or versions not supported by the manufacturers may not allow the correct display or availability of documents or other features. Updates or browsers can be obtained from the web pages of browser providers.

On the other hand, for the correct operation of the website, the browser must have the use of JavaScript and cookies enabled (see the section Cookies policy).
